“I firmly believe that to be truly seen and heard can be profoundly transformative, and that a meaningful therapeutic relationship can enable insight, support change, and offer relief.”
COUNSELLING & PSYCHOTHERAPY
Seen, heard and understood,
from your perspective.
Individual therapy provides a safe and confidential setting with someone who will not judge you, and who will seek to understand you - someone who will see the world, and your experience of it, from your perspective.
Counselling offers a space for you to freely express all of your thoughts and emotions. I believe that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is fundamental to finding solutions or making changes.
Whether you are in crisis, struggling with difficult current or historic circumstances, or seeking clarity during a life transition, exploring your thoughts and feelings with a calm and empathic trained professional can be liberating.
Therapy can help you to increase your self-awareness and practise self-compassion; develop valuable coping skills and improve your emotional regulation; overcome anxiety; build self-esteem, focus, and confidence; and better position you to achieve your goals.
